1. Safety & Class Rules
At NTS Gymnastics, safety is our top priority.
•Follow all coach instructions at all times.
•No one is allowed on equipment without a coach.
•Wear proper gymnastics attire.
•Report any injury immediately.
•Keep personal items in cubbies to maintain clear spaces.
•Make sure we have updated emergency contacts and medical information.

2. Dress Code & What to Bring
To ensure safe and comfortable training:
•Tucked-in T-shirt and shorts (boys and girls) or leotard (girls).
•No shoes or socks during class.
•No gum.
•No jewelry (except small stud earrings).
•Long hair must be tied back (no large bows or bulky accessories).
•No skirts or tutus.
•Bring a labeled water bottle (water only).
•Label all personal items and leave valuables at home.

3. Arrival & Pick-Up Policy
Arrival
•Arrive 5 minutes before class.
•Children must remain in the lobby with a parent/guardian until class begins.
Dismissal
•Students will be escorted to the lobby.
•Children must be picked up inside. They will not be released outside.
Parking
•Parking may be limited—please allow extra time.
•Do not park near the entrance doors.

4. Parents & Visitors Policy
To maintain a safe and focused environment:
•Viewing is allowed only from the designated viewing area.
•Please remain seated and keep voices low.
•Do not distract coaches or athletes.
•No running or rough play in the lobby or hallways.
•Children must remain under supervision at all times.
NTS Gymnastics is not responsible for injuries that occur outside of supervised training areas.

5. Financial Policy
•Tuition is automatically charged through iClass using the card on file.
•A valid card must remain on file at all times.
•Families are responsible for all fees (tuition, registration, events, etc.).
•Team competition and uniform fees must be paid by the due date (cash or check).

6. Missed Classes & Make-Ups (Recreational)
•One make-up class per month is allowed with prior notice.
•Make-up tokens expire after 1 month.
•Make-ups are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
•Attendance is mandatory during competition weeks (team).

7. Health & Sick Policy
To keep everyone safe:
•Children must be fever-free for 24 hours without medication before returning.
•Keep your child home if they have cough, vomiting, diarrhea, or runny nose.
•If a child becomes sick during class, parents will be contacted for pick-up.
•Please keep contact information updated.

8. Medical & Emergency Care
•Staff will provide basic first aid if needed.
•You authorize NTS to seek medical care if necessary.
•All medical expenses are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
•Please ensure your child has had a recent physical exam.

9. Assumption of Risk
Gymnastics involves physical activity and inherent risks.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree not to hold NTS Gymnastics or its staff liable for injuries or accidents.

10. Media Consent
By participating at NTS Gymnastics, you allow us to use photos or videos of your child for promotional purposes.
•No compensation will be provided.
•Opt-out forms are available upon request.

11. Parent Conduct
•Treat staff, coaches, and families with respect.
•Remain in the lobby during class.
•Do not call out to your child during training.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful or disruptive behavior.

12. Athlete Conduct
Athletes are expected to:
•Follow instructions and respect coaches.
•Use equipment safely.
•Stay in designated areas.
•Avoid unsafe behavior (running, pushing, etc.).
•Arrive on time and wear proper attire.
If issues arise:
•Verbal warning
•Short break
•Parent notification
•Meeting with management
•Suspension or removal (if necessary)

•You may take photos of your own child.
•Do not post images of other children without parental consent (or ensure faces are not identifiable).
