Carlos Castro
» BIO
Carlos brings over 20 years of high-performance coaching experience to NTS Gymnastics. His career in the USA began under Mihai Brestyan, U.S. National Team Coach and coach to Olympic gold medalist, Aly Raisman. Since then, Carlos has led programs across the East Coast with a track record of developing athletes who reach nationals and earn collegiate scholarships.

More than 15 years of experience in the field, with participation in World Cups and World Championships as the coach of the Peruvian National team.
Lidia Rosca
» BIO
Competitive gymnast from age 6 to 15, has been part of the Romanian National Team. Graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, actual USAG competitive coach and judge.

Pamela Paredes
» BIO
Former Peruvian National Team gymnast and international with 20+ years of experience coaching, choreographing, and judging Women’s Artistic Gymnastics across all levels. Holds a degree in Physical Education and a CDA in Early Childhood Education. Currently active as a FIG Brevet and USAG judge, certified WAG coach, and professional choreographer known for creating technically sound and artistically expressive routines tailored to each athlete
Fernando Cedeño

Over 25 years in sports and education. Former head coach of Ecuador’s national gymnastics team and former president of the Ecuadorian Wrestling Federation. Currently combines his experience as a university professor with developing new sports talent.
